How do I return something to Pinder Pottery?
At Pinder Pottery, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.
When returning items:
- All returned items must be in the original packaging.
- Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
- We will not give credit or refunds for used merchandise.If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.
- Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise and file the proper claims to the shipping company.

Rates may change
We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only - USPS), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day order processing
- Orders received for stock items before 1 pm Central Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1 pm Central Time will be processed the next business day - Monday through Friday. Orders received for stock items after 1 pm Central Time Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order for stock items after 1 pm Central Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Fridays only. Alaska and Hawaii shipping my require an additional one to two days.
